TESTIMONIALS

Aida Nairobi

The greatest win for me was developing a functional balance with my foods. I don't get to miss out on anything coz I have learnt what's moderate for me. Thank you for your hand holding.

Naliaka Nairobi

I can't put in words how I feel. Losing 21kgs has introduced me to a NEW me. I love the way I carry myself, the way my dresses fit, the compliments, the conversations I have with the mirror.

Charles Zimbabwe

Down 10kgs, which is great. Still some to go. I appreciate the regular check ups and guidance. ...at times the progress does get slow, even halts breeding frustration. And this is when your help has been really helpful.

Faith Kitengela

I have come to learn that weight loss is really a lifestyle change and not an event. There is weight loss, and then a new struggle of maintenance begins. I'm glad I have had you on both phases of my journey.

Dr. Mithe Nakuru

I feel great! I take full body pictures now, I enjoy being on the right side of the camera and not behind it. You do not know what quality of life you are missing until you have shed off that extra weight.

Dr. Malel Eldoret

My journey started as weight loss and ended as immensely improved quality of life. A simple thing as crossing your legs when you sit, requiring no additional belt when flying - and many more. I love me!

Should you work-out or diet to lose weight? Is obesity a disease? What are your chances of getting to your desired weight goal?

What are you doing wrong, especially when it feels like you are doing everything right? Is your weight genetic, and is there a chance of ever losing it?

Herein, we explore the science of weight loss that allows you to shift from gambling and onto precise outcomes, giving you a-more-than 98% chance of getting a good return for your efforts.

HYPERTENSION

Blood in the body is carried in ‘pipes’ (blood vessels). Well, guess what else is ferried in pipes? …water.

And because many of us will never get to open up blood vessels to study what happens in there, we can rely on every day water pipes to understand how pressure builds or dissipates.

Ever partially capped the end of a water pipe in order to spray the water further away at a target?

Well, that is what pressure in pipes is all about. Keep the same volume of liquid flowing, but reduce the lumen (the hollow space) of the pipe, and what you get

DIABETES

I suppose nothing says this (too-much-of-anything-is-poisonous) better than diabetes.

Why is that?

Diabetes is the state of excess sugar levels in the blood stream. And this can be occasioned by one of two reasons:

1. Consuming more of the high glycemic foods category than your body can keep up with, or

2. Inability of the body to shuttle the sugars in the blood stream into the end destination (the inside of cells).

…with this in mind, what then?
